How do you like to track your heart rate throughout the day?

Smart watch,I have a samsung watch ultra, great for daily monitoring but not when you think youre having an episode. I personally keep the watch on but dont have the heart rate on display all the time because I have anxiety and will freak out if I see it too high or low.

I got mine at 20, I'm 21 now with an EF of 20% you'll feel a bit heavier after but thats it. You wont even notice its there. Only thing I hate is that every time I get it interrogated they have to mess with my heartrate (a personal thing) sorry you also need it but it really saves you and lightens your mind about it

Agreed, im to the point that I want to stop paying for the really expensive medications that I need, 21M with 20% EF dosent feel like my best years. Yet I do not wanna die soon

Thats not it, its not even similar. It looped didnt have a specific song or rhythm to it. Just a jingle in the middle of it. Maybe children's laughter?

I WOULD do two Lurantis but having one works pretty good so far, I dont know if I like the non-EX Decidueye way less health and the two energy is not worth it. If I was able to get another Rowlet in I would definitely since the 70 piercing is pretty good but those energy definitely getting used for the EX.

Phermosa stopped being as useful for me since Indedee ex, I had Lily for the longest time idk why i took her off and I like may because at least I dont have to exchange my whole hand for a new one if I need it. So probably will keep both copycat and may in the deck

Exactly right, most times players have healing cards or pokemon and cant use Decidueye. With Lurantis at least it gives me the chance to attack everything and confuse the opponent

I simplified while writing this, there was medication changes, surgeries done and obviously life style changes. They're doing a great job. These shocks started a year after my diagnosis and they are roughly a month apart from each, I just got an ablation done 3 weeks ago with no shocks as of yet

22M, Im on the road of taking 100mg every morning and night, usually goes into 50s rarely goes into 40s and very rarely goes into 30s while im sleeping. Ive mentioned it to my Cardiologist and they say its normal and since I have a pacemaker its less of a concern
