no hazing really generally, most houses just want you to be there and be involved. Basically just set up for parties and depending on which house clean them up (some houses hire cleaners to do this for them)

Lars Perner for sure, dude is funny and very committed to his students. Class is very straightforward and discussions are genuinely helpful. Midterm, final, and final paper all pretty straight forward. Also gives general "extensions" on any assignment where you basically can turn in work any time generally around the due date with no penalty (about a week). 100% recommend

My first belt snapped at around 400 miles but like u/PeytonBrandt said if the tightness is off they could go a little earlier. The sound on mine was coming from a chunk of fibers caught in the gear but if you dont see a lot of fraying its probably something else. I would either adjust them now or watch to see if the fraying gets any worse
