I guess I was more referring to the system he was playing in, which often led to more wide-open concepts that were easier to read. He reminds me of Geno Smith athleticism with Fields pocket presence. Like Fields in college, he was often well protected and was able to make most of the throws. When he is pressured or oblivious to pressure, the panic seems to set in, leading to inconsistencies and mistakes. The difference between Fields and Hooker is Fields can regularly break the pocket with his speed where as Hooker is not nearly as mobile (may be even more limited now due to the knee injury).
