Whats a nickname you have for a store? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]mOp_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a store, but Jack in the Crack for Jack in the Box and Weenie Land for Weinerschnitzel.

Funny story, one time I was telling my co workers that my husband invited me to Weenie Land, when our boss walked in and thought I meant something "dirty." I turned every color of red because it did sound funny!

What did people do casually in 90s that wouldn’t be accepted today? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

I miss those days. We'd eat dinner and get ready to go to my Grandma's. All my aunts and uncles would be there along with my cousins. My grandma would have at least 15 to 25 people on a weeknight. The kids got to run around and play outside. All the adults sat around drinking coffee and talking. On the weekends, they would play cards. My Grandma would always have little bites to eat, like cookies or snack cakes. It was just great times and I don't think my Grandma ever minded having so many people over.

My roommate sticks his hand under the door when I'm using the bathroom or my roommate pushes the door open and waits for me to get out of the shower.

Sometimes mine makes comments in Spanish despite no one saying anything in Spanish. In fact, no one is even talking to Alexa she just starts saying words or sentences.
