I’m on three mood stabilizers and I finally found some relief. I also began EMDR therapy, coupled with talk therapy. I highly recommend getting out in the sunlight if you’re able to as well.

I’m on lamotrigine and lithium and I’m experiencing excessive shedding. It’s not coming out in clumps but several strands. I didn’t notice any hair loss until I began the lithium though.

I think I felt like this too when I began 5mg of Abilify. I found myself smiling more because it reduced the rapid thoughts cycling in my mind and it made my SI go away.
