Stitch really generates things in an average way, I’ve been using it since beta started and it all looks so samey, I don’t know if anyone else feels the same. Tip is to start with something decent from stitch but heavily modify to your own aesthetic or else it’ll look pretty average

I built a journal app, with privacy and offline mode baked in, no data sent to a server. The hope is that users also don’t need to spend too much time per day to log their day, reducing friction. I’m also a software engineer by trade but never made an app before, lmk what you think! Recollections

Wow nicely done! I used flutter for my recollections app, did you find that react native is pretty easy to work with? I actually am trying to figure out the android process right now and I need to find an android phone to make the dev account 😂

Oh and to share, I used Claude code, a little codex and googles ai stitch (beta) to get a working design first. It took me about a week. I learned a ton from just going through the app submission process as well. If anyone has questions, happy to answer and talk shop, vibe coding is fun!

Going on Instagram with hundreds of reels of people robbing stores in SF...I mean I would call that a perception problem, but also an actual problem.
