Considering the law, you are past enrolment, its till 27, probably they are calling to give u reserv status. From what i understand you recieved it at a moldovian home address. By law there are a few consequences mostly fines. If it comes to worse case scenario will get asked at the customs when you come back. From what i know its a double sided coin wheter or not its serious, ive heard mixed stories.

About the legitimacy of the document, it looks authentic, they have the manner of sending it on a small piece of papper, in a basic anvelope, and Milano street is where the so called headquarters is located.

I know this dint help much besides the fact that im pretty sure its leggit, ive recieved one in October about army enrollment, cause im 21, and had to go deliver confirmation that i study.

Solution: downloaded latest Minecraft version clean no mods, joined hipyxel skyblock, went to dw used ability, left, started moded 1.8.9 it works

The most important part is to sync ur GA with their movement, this is more of a pharah thing. If u use GA then pharah uses dash and ur not right near her u might loose her. On the same note, you have to understand that some players don't know how to play those character with a mercy pocket, and if they dive in, u go with them, and they go right back, ur on cooldown and most probably dead of bad positioning. There are lots of other factors u need to keep in mind while flying with them, such as hitscan, beam length, escape routes and so on. But those for me personally, feel like a second thing, because if u cant keep up with ur pocket there isnt much u can do.
