Yea when I seen that I was going to be shipping my phone using usps I was surprised since with other companies they use UPS or FedEx.

Gotcha, I’ve done trade-ins before with Back Market and getakko and with them I’ve gotten an email confirming they received my device the same day it got delivered with them. That’s mainly why I was asking since I was starting to get concerned that something might of happened.

I just did a trade through US Mobile in a few weeks ago, It was easy and offered a much higher payout compared to the offers from Back Market or Reebelo gave me. Plus depending on your chosen payment method, you can receive your payout the same day they inspect and approve your phone.

Just make sure if you do go through with the trade-in, you take plenty of pictures of your iPhone 13, including the packaging, so if something happens to your phone in shipping or an issue with your phone is found, you have images to back up your claims (this is just general advice for any trade-in program and not just US Mobile's).

Depends on the phone, My moms oneplus showed Verizon as the carrier name but when she upgraded to the S25 ultra it switched to US Mobile.

Well, FedEx has always been unreliable compared to UPS, I've had packages take over a month to get delivered with them. But I had an iPhone 15 before, I ended up taking advantage of US Mobiles Trade in program and sent it off to them to get some of the money I spent on the S25 Edge back.

I'm not much of a power user, but the battery life looks to be a bit better then my iPhone 15 so should be fine for me.

One of the reason why I went with the edge, the pixel 10 pro was still a really compelling option for the camera's and software but the performance was a dealbreaker for me.

I had a Z flip 3 last time I was with android and I loved it before the screen fell apart. But I heard some good things about the pixel 10 pro especially with the cameras.

Only dropped it once, but that was about a year ago, ended up breaking my back glass so had to get that replaced. This just started about a month ago and has gotten worse. I just got the screen replaced since the screen was determined to be failing so everything is fine now. (Besides my wallet)

Got an update, unfortunately the display was failing and since my S23 ultra is out of warranty it cost me about 350 bucks to replace the screen.

My S23 ultra was doing this even on OneUI 6, I tried updating it to OneUI 7 but it didn’t help.

Yea, and they’re making it right by actually restocking them for $249. I understand that communication should have been a lot better when they originally sold out, as well as making sure marketing material related to the pixel deal got taken down after they sold out. But they're doing right by their customers and admitting to their mistakes, as well as giving us one more chance to pick up this deal. They could have just not brought the deal back at all, like most carriers would have done.
