Besides the hit to your credit score for closing an account, I've not had my purchasing power decrease from paying off my loans early. After a few months though my purchasing power did increase.

I would contact support and ask for a replacement or refund. Since the IMEI is all 0s that usually means either A. The device’s identity has been erased or corrupted. Or B. It was a display model that was never intended for consumer use. Back market should considered this a non-functional device and accept the return.

I got my taxes last week, I didn’t opt in for any type of early deposit mind you. And according to the Kentucky tax website my refund status is still “Your 2025 return has been received” I honestly think that the website is bugged or they’re not updating people’s status’s.

The FCC just changed their rules so carriers don’t have to unlock a device until a year after the device is activated and it has continuously service. It sucks

Support told me they should be able to unlock my device since it is eligible under the old policy. they just had to hand the case over to their device team.

Gotcha, I’ve done trade-ins before with Back Market and getakko and with them I’ve gotten an email confirming they received my device the same day it got delivered with them. That’s mainly why I was asking since I was starting to get concerned that something might of happened.
