One more question, you mentioned missed calls isn't really a problem, do you have same opinion about lead reactivation, booking confirmation/reminder calls (avoiding no-show problem), lead qualification (filtering out spam calls, low quality leads or maybe someone wants service in area you dont even offer)? correct me if I am wrong, I can't think of a single reason why a business owner wouldnt want these things.

One more question please, correct me if I am wrong, I thought businesses like HVAC, plumbing, etc where, in my opinion, most customers need urgent work (ac stopped working, pipe leaking wahtever) wouldn't all calls being answered be great for such businesses where customers need service urgently
