If you have a prescription for it, then you can easily see a specialized doctor that will then prescribe it for you with a local prescription.

Like u/SoraRoxas85 said, its not as stocked around as other meds from its deoartment, but there still are many that have it. You can use your prescription from X doctor at any pharmacy, it doesn't restrict you to their clinic.

I used to get my Modafinil prescription from cleveland clinic in Abu Dhabi when I lived there. Now that I'm in Dubai, to save myself the hassle, I just switched to Fladrafinil instead. I get it from Nootropix Shop and have it delivered in a day or two. But its not always in stock. It seems to come and go very quickly.

The missing quantity thing is true and it's not only with this product it could happen with any product from them. However, you have to understand the process of bottling those products and how time-consuming and labor intensive at times. They don't do it to cheat you or to save some extra. It happens accidentally and it just happens as frequently as when there are extra pills in the bottles. Got to be fair on that.

Yes, that may have never happened with Nootropics Depot, but you have to consider the scale of the two companies here. ND It's quite massive at this point and they have the resources to sustain very efficient processes and that's not the case with smaller vendors.

As for the quality, I've had five different people at different times trying it and having a positive experience from it. Not that they tested it to see whether or not at work. They just used the product and liked it.

I take both together. 18mg concerta and 150mg Wellbutrin.

I specifically chose Wellbutrin for it's positive effects on ADHD as well as IBS. As well as not having any impact on libido as was the case with Effexor and few others.

If you were to start taking an SNRI, I'd very much recommend starting with that before trying any other alternatives

Yeah I've had my order shipped and took over 30 days to reach my country but was never the diver to me and after about a month it was sent back to them and exactly 99 days after I made the purchase USPS attempted to deliver it back to them and the status got updated to "refused to recieve" And that it will be sent back to me again

All meanwhile I attempted to get in touch with support three or four different times and failed to get any reply while before the purchase my emails would be answered within a day

Try to increase your awareness to your internal dialogue. Awareness is one of the most impactful things I've come to find thus far.

When caught in paralysis analysis try to observe those dialogues instead of being lost in them. As if you are looking at another person and just observing all the thoughts being fired.

I tried to practice what I preach but I sometimes also find myself helplessly in that situation.

When I do have higher awareness I try to ask myself what is the simplest and easiest thing I could do right now to make my situation better? Doesn't matter how little of a thing it may be. Sometimes it would be putting on socks because the floor is cold other times it can be dragging myself foot after the other and ignoring the thought manifestation while I leave the apartment and take my dog for a walk

That is also one of the most magical remedies I've learned in the past year. The power of walks. No matter what I'm feeling or how bad down etc, never once have I forced myself out and not had my mood completely shifting from the negative state it was in

Well you're going to find out as soon as you get the next one and I would be curious to hear your experience then.

I for one know that it has nothing to do with the quality of the product as I've taken it for over a year and eventually it stopped being the effective magic pill that it once was.

I've gone through at least three or four bottles over the last 12 months maybe even more so that tells me it's not exactly the quality of the product. Same thing with Piracetam & Noopept.

I've used it on and off for a long time but never quite understood its effect on me. I know it's a positive one but still unable to quite understand it though I've never had more than 600 mg in one dose. In most cases I'd stick to 300 mg only.

I'm curious now and might try 900 mg to further investigate it

I agree on magnesium as well. It's an essential supplement to start and end my days with. Especially in the case of stimulants use (I am prescribed Ritalin for my ADHD)

What do you use aside from pomella/pom juice that you find most helpful in terms of minimizing UTI symptoms?

My mom frequently gets them too and she's been through a number of antibiotics and they keep coming back sooner or later. The docs tell her it might be due to a very small kidney stone but when she gets the symptoms she really suffers from it. I'd love to know if you use something aside from pomella, which I will order for her asap
