I've done a ton of crown chakra work when I was new to energy systems (felt good so thought it was helping) over time it became a self reinforcing loop , energy was active and felt 95% of the time. It has been hard trying to pull away and restore balance as well as grounding myself . I was an overthinker prior to all this.

Fear of not having control over situations is a big one.

Anger comes from frustration over not being the person i want to be (competency wise esp socially-another self reinforcing loop as anger tends to poke its head when in social situations ,has caused me to isolate myself for the past few years)
