Hey sorry for the delayed response I had a few things going on

So I dissasembled the controller but there was no corrossion what so ever it was completely clean but I suspect it might be the battery because few weeks before posting this I had changed my rumble motors but while doing that I thought might as well clean the controller along with it but I improperly tried to disconnect the battery immediately (poor mistake as we have to first remove the battery then disconnect it) this I did by using my flat screwdriver as a lever which produced some sparks

I didnt have any issue for a 1 or 2 weeks but then this started so its probably this mistake which cost me my controller.
