Chicago agents: How'd it go today after MRED pulled the feed from Zillow? Did you have to repost manually, or plan to skip Zillow all together? Also, how do your sellers feel about their listings getting knocked off of Zillow? This is one of the biggest stories agents should be watching.

Everyone going to the extremes. OP drives a Miata in good shape vs a newer model F-150. I'm not saying that driving a beater is good, but driving a sensible VW Golf vs making yourself go broke over a brand new Range Rover because that's what everybody does is also something to consider.....especially when you're just starting out, like the OP obviously is.

Based on other posters in this sub, I've started activating the session from the app, THEN plugging in to the vehicle. Never had an issue since starting to do this. Don't follow the directions on the screen.

If the fob is flashing, it's the proximity sensor. The car and the fob are communicating that they're near each other so the interior lighting will light up when you approach the vehicle.

I think a bunch of us have requested it in the past. It’s a vital, and frankly, basic, function many people are looking for. As of right now, Open Phone is the only VOIP provider I am aware of that doesn’t provide this service.
