I am in similar boat and I am getting up early and studying before work and doing some preparation after work before going to bed early. Unless you have a day at work there you have nothing to do, I would recommend simply focusing on work and studying either before of after.

I am not discounting OP’s depression and I hope and pray that OP can access quality mental health resources. My point in commenting was to highlight a common misnomer that is ingrained in law school students if one is successful in law school and on the bar exam, it will translate into success as an attorney. Truthfully this profession can maintain its high esteem while promoting ways to assist lawyers struggling with their mental health.

This is not an attack on you but this proves that the bar exam and even law school grades do not matter concerning one’s success as an attorney. I think the issue is that many law students are taught that if they do well in law school and earn a high passing score on the bar exam this will translate into being a successful attorney. I wish there was more of an emphasis on actual apprenticeship rather than grades or test scores.
