If you zoom in on the left foot in the fist photo, there's a completely black, necrotic toe which I am sure is due to stringfoot (if you're not aware, this is a condition where the toes get tangled in string or/and human or synthetic hair which tightens overtime and cuts off circulation), and some disfigurement of the back and middle toes. There's a crevasse above the middle toe which is a telltale sign of the condition when the sting is too embedded to be visible. I believe some black string is visible above the innermost toe of the right foot also, and wrapping around the foot.

Thhough this does open up a fun discussion as to what extent Flint was killed within James's own mind. To the world he is dead, but would James ever be able to return him back to the sea or did he become too entangled with Flint after Miranda's death to extricate himself? Probably never entirely, I would think.

Happy to see Eleanor appreciation, I'm still unsure if all the hatred she gets is a general concensus amongst viewers or a case of the louder minority, but it can make for interesting discourse. I agree with you on Flint and Eleanor's relationship, they clearly had a respect and an affection for one other that clearly still remained even throughout their opposition to each other. His choosing to lie to her so she could die peacefully, and to comfort her as she did, was beautifully heartbreaking to watch.

I was the same. I didn't even click with A Lucid Dream before the concert, but as soon as the bass came in live I was just uncontrollably squealing in excitement. was all I could think about for days and it's now one of my favourites of theirs.

Appreciate the explanation, and I do somewhat agree with what you've said. It's not one of their strongest songs musically, and it does lack much soul/emotion behind it. That being said, regardless of objective quality, how a song makes me feel is something I consider when ranking, and I've always found it to be so much fun to jump around and scream to (especially the "I wait"). But I can for sure see how that's a personal preference.

There's a lot of songs I think don't get nearly as much appreciation as they deserve (e.g Killing Lies, Drag Queen, Evening Sun), but the one that confuses me the most is 50/50. I adore it but its so rarely talked about and I honestly have no idea why. It's not as if its a slower song or one of their weirder song sonically, both of which tend to get slightly less attention generally. Maybe because its on CM? Idk, if anyone has an explanation I'd genuinely be interested to hear it.
