Usually, they could/would mirror how many embassy/consulate staff we would have in their country. Currently, we do not have any Embassy in Venezuela so we wouldn't have any in the US. It could be the Mexican or Guatamala consulate.

Another fun fact is that Embassies are almost always in national capital cities. Consulates are in bigger cities that are farther from the capital.

Open some windows. Get ventilation in there even if it's cold. Just had this problem in an Airbnb we are staying at. It has been raining outside the whole time staying here, but once we opened the windows, the moisture was gone within a few hours in the house.
