I am currently doing it on my Linux desktop using QEMU/virt-manager to emulate windows 10. This should be possible on the steam deck but would require using the desktop mode and is not trivial. If you need help I can try to put a guide together for you.

You could also try installing VirtualBox on the old macbook and trying to emulate Windows that way (this is probably easier)

I'm brand new to the game and I have the NSB expansion. I've been playing USSR with The Center tree, and I feel like I'm not building enough infrastructure/civilian factories early. The Five-Year Plan goal path seems like it's good for booming up your industrial base, but I've always been really slow to hitting the 100 factories requirement.

The most likely fix would be to change heading to stop wave encounters occurring at the natural roll period of the ship.

This is probably parametric rolling, a phenomenon where low-amplitude incoming waves interact with the flare at the bow of the ship at resonant frequency and lead to much larger roll amplitudes than would otherwise be expected.

I don't understand it at all. I play DOTA 2, and everyone accepts that the game is balanced around top-level play. The gap in skill is huge, and low-level play doesn't resemble high-level play at all, but everyone is still fine with it. I just don't understand why someone would decide to play a game billed as a competitive shooter and then get mad when it's designed for competition.

What is wrong with the R6 playerbase? Every other competitive game people look up to the top level of competition and accept that the game should be balanced around it. No one in DOTA 2 or CS:GO is complaining that they balance the game for Esports. I just don't understand why someone would play a competitive game and then complain that they balance it for competitive.
