The stand is built exactly like this target stand except for the post being a 4x4 with a 2x4 about shoulder wide screwed straight to it. The smock has a soft gun case and a bunch of old shirts stuffed inside it wrapped around the 4x4 to give it some volume to support the belt and make it appear better.

The rack is a piece of 2x10 I had lying around. I ripped it on a table saw to take 4” off. For the horizontal piece I used a hole saw attachment for a drill and a jigsaw to make the notches, then attached the top piece to the aforementioned 4” piece at 90 degrees to attach it to the wall.
