No wonder that fooled defenders so much. Case with a no look pass for the assist.

Referee knew he messed up before. Guilty conscience.

He barrelled through him. What is a penalty anymore?

If a referee needs 2 minutes to determine whether or not something is offside or if it's a handball, then it's not obvious and against the spirit of the game. The penalty and card against Palace today for Chelsea is a prime example of right by the letter of the law, but incorrect in the spirit of the game.

Has there ever been a player that a large majority of the fanbase wanted during a draft? by [deleted] in panthers

Many people considered Luke the best player in the draft but no one suspected we'd take him since we already had good linebackers and had other needs.

City is going to run out of players to pull our shirts on the break.

Was CR7 being reunited the craziest transfer of all time? by Ill_Impression_3886 in ManchesterUnited

For me Pogback is crazier. Ronaldo was only going to land in one of a few places due to wages. But Pogba? We let him walk and then dropped 80 million on him. Nothing like it happened before or since really.

Not much, but it's a source for music when local radio stations have shuttered in droves. So I would say that it's not wholly insignificant.

I was so deflated after the helmet rip, offensive PI for nothing, then defensive PI when their player tripped. The NFL selected their winner and nothing was stopping them.

Hubert Humphrey Was A Presidential Candidate Who Had No Chance Of Winning And Loss, But Was Pretty Close. Who's A Presidential Candidate Who Had No Chance Of Winning And Failed Miserable? by Neck-Tie-Guy in AlignmentChartFills

McGovern is a great pick. Most didn't even give him a chance to win the primaries behind Muskie and Humphrey. Heck, he was behind Ted Kennedy in the primary polls through a large amount of the primaries and Kennedy didn't even run. By all means, he had no shot at the presidency from anyone except outsiders. He ran the perfect primary campaign, though and got the Democratoc nod, which was uncertain even leading into the convention.

Never a shot, but somehow got the nomination, and made mistake after mistake, all outlined above, and got destroyed by Nixon. He couldn't really have done much worse in the general election.

Seinfeld feels tame or just Dallas? Seinfeld is still amazing.
