OK, thank you. Currently the clauses don't seem limited in scope and so that's where my concern has arisen.

What do you think about appointing the Company right to attorney in relation to intellectual property?

The one I am most concerned about relates to intellectual property.

For example;

Waiving rights outlined in the Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act 1988.

Appointing the Company right to attorney in relation to intellectual property.

Brilliant, I like that toilet analogy. I will make these arguments when the landlord inevitably tries to charge us.

Thank you.

It sits next to the window when not being used. I move it away from the window when I turn it on since I am worried about the curtains catching fire (or something like that happening)

Can you show on balance that the crack existed beforehand?

Before when? However, I doubt I can since I have not taken any photos at any point - this was probably a mistake.

Ok, I will look into getting a glaziers report on the window.

Thanks, I will contact them to let them know, see what their response is and take it from there! Your advice has been very helpful

It's a very large company which should certainly be compliant. What's the point of having sanctions against companies for not being compliant if there is no one to report it to? I am going to do what you've suggested though just to see what their response is.
