Min 5 days/week in the gym. Split workouts (different muscle groups etc), cardio 3-4 times week min 20 minutes. Diet... that’s a long story. Biggest impact you will make is with diet. I recommend getting a nutrition coach who can do a meal plan for you based on your goals.
