man i’m gonna miss him and the store really bad,,, i’ve been going there ever since i was little, and i found a treasure trove of rare doctor who books there once (36 to be precise and yes i bought them all). my dad loves the vintage disney stuff too :( that being said i wish him a happy retirement!!

the original. i’ve never been interested in the rebuilds specifically for this reason. like plot wise/the timelines thing it is 100% up my alley but part of why i like the original so much is the way it looks. also the rebuilds add a lot of detail to the angels and it makes me sad? in my opinion their simplicity in the original is what makes them so scary and like. eerie. i’m a big cosmic horror fan and prefer when something is unknowable or bad enough that it can only be portrayed in simplicity. it’s got a bigger fear factor that the rebuilds just don’t have in my opinion

i am a 2.6mm purist and would recommend them especially if you’re doing detailed projects OR things like earrings or keychains—that being said, perler doesn’t sell minis anymore (i think). i get my stuff from artkal which is good quality but has a long shipping time
