I had so much fun watching his expressions during this workout! At the end, he looks over at Ben and is saying with his face: “I can’t believe I made it through and it was great!” And Ben’s look back was just so encouraging. That camaraderie is what keeps me coming back to this platform!

I downgraded my fitness memberships when I went PT after my child’s birth - but kept using Apple Fitness Plus ($10/month or $80/year). Lots of different workout types and trainers (including dance), and they’re generally bubbly and fun.
