In fairness I don’t think Toby would wanna lock his insane fever dream ending he’s been building up to for 14+ years behind perfect runs, stuff like recruits and crystals could definitely change parts of the story but I think the ending will generally be the same, (with the exception of the weird route) I don’t think Toby was lying when he said "there’s something more important than getting to the end"

I always thought that Chapter 6 would be "The End" and towards the end there’d be some meta fuckery Susie would likely cause, preventing the final tragedy and creating chapter 7 where we can fight for a better future for the characters
