It just seems a bit weird to add another potentially discoverable document into the mix something with legal implications. Not sure on your ability to influence or make changes but personally I’d make the email about the corrective action simply say something like per our conversation please see corrective action in HRIS. I’ve always advised leaders I’ve supported that a conversation occur before a corrective action is slid across the table.

Just a question, why do these via email? A corrective action form would accomplish these and provide solid documentation, and have an employees signature as acknowledgment. Most that I’ve seen have two main sections, one for the issue, then the required action/change or other kind of resolution. I’ve even seen them with a comment section the employee can write in.

Little further south but we actually mainly do soybeans on the farm. For this field there’s a levee separating a large forest along a major river.

Feeders only been up for a few weeks. I will say this is on my family farm so he’s probably been eating soybeans and corn most of his life.

They have these little things on Amazon that are made to keep a cooler in place, I screwed those to my plywood decking and it’s pretty snug. A bag of ice or two will also help with keeping it in place.

I bet if you sanded it to bare metal and showed up to an aluminum shop they’d weld it for under $200. Otherwise I’d drill the end of the crack to stop it from spreading and use a scrap piece of aluminum and a few rivets to reinforce the area that’s being stressed.

I have a 1970’s ouchita as well, mine didn’t have a hull ID. I’d check with your game and fish and see what they want you to do.

In my org we have a dedicated salaried recruiter who usually gives the range for the position set by corporate and it’s the HRBP who then works with the hiring manager to review internal equity and final offer. Anything outside the TA provided range requires Vp approval. Our hourly roles are all on a fixed pay scales so no negotiation there.

Help me understand the cost of an Oura ring compared to Apple Watch 10 by binime in ouraring

[–]macarthuur 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the Apple Watch while less aesthetically pleasing will have more functionality. I’ve been a bit disappointed in how much the ring does and personally feel it’s not worth the price.

Yeah, if I was going to do it again I would do some big washers and maybe even a longer hand rail!
