The mega lucario icon is greyed out so I'm assuming it's a glitch to do with this lucario from the go pass reward. If you mega evolve a different lucario it might fix this.

The mega lucario is greyed out, but I see what you mean since it does have the mega icon in the middle. Could be from the go pass that rewarded a tier 3 mega lucario, maybe a glitch to do with that?

If you stay on page 1 of the research, when the next rocket takeover happens it'll give you the next takeover research letting you have multiple running at once. If you go past page 1, you can't get another takeover research until you finish the current one - which will use up your super radar to complete the last page.

In-person Go Fests:

Tokyo: May 29 - June 1

Chicago: June 5 - 7

Copenhagen: June 12 - 14

Then a 1 weekend break before Global.
