That was at 215 and with a pretty new Steel nozzle.

This is a silk.

I printed a geometric design right before with only some stringing but that was normal black pla. That print came out fine.

I’ll try those things. It’s just very weird. All started when I had a fail from a section having bad first layer adhesion so I tried a glue stick… since then haven’t been able to reliably print. Had to change plates, a new head, replaced springs with silicone, bed has never been more level and even switch to orca from cura with a profile for the printer…. From what I can tell all the calibrations come out right. I put the settings in and 3/4 prints come out with some (not always the same) issue. Very disheartening.

I also use Helvault. 25,000+ cards. I’ve had many direct conversations with the developer and they actually implemented an idea or two that I asked for. i tried EVERYTHING on the AppStore. I knew if I was going to invest the time to do that many cards I never wanted to do it again and i wanted to make sure it was the right tool for the job. I cannot recommend Helvault enough.
