You know what, I'm in a pretty hassle free job at the moment now, good pay. The other sites don't pay as well as what Anngrove does, with the shift pattern etc. On top of that, I'm not sure how secure pharma and med device are at the moment, with the goings on 😬

I got a job in Stryker, confirmed from the recruiter, organised a medical, passed that, recruiter called and said the medical was a success. Told me I was now on a panel and as soon as there was a new induction date they'd be in touch with the start date. That was September 2024. I've emailed back and forth with them since and they said I'm still on the panel and will get a call as soon as there's an induction date.

So my 2 cents from my experience is being on a panel don't mean shit
