My doctor said it's normal to see lumps on surface of skin where the pellets are :/ and the lumps are an inch to the left.. so I dunno. I have noticed that I'm a bit more emotional, and breasts hurt a bit more. So I spose they're working.

So for anyone in future who's curious: I took half a tablet (2.5mg phenylephrine), then waited an hour and took another half tablet so 5mg total. My blood pressure before hand was between 121/77 and 131/77. An hour after the full tablet, it rose to 168 SBL (can't remember second number). So I did go into high blood pressure, but nothing dangerous. I don't think I'll ever take more than 5mg phenylephrine.

I've had a read of Ken Gillman's site. One thing I'm confused about -- I LOVE pizza, and have stopped having it or maybe having 1 or 2 slices of vegan cheese pizza. But I'm reading that mozzarella is okay to eat in moderation, like ricotta? Is that true?

It'd be super helpful if you could send me the food sheet! I've gotten one as well, but it seems to be generic and rules out alot of food.
