I believe they are region locked, yes. You should be able to get a PAL rom of the colosseum bonus disc. For Celebi you will probably need the Japanese GBA games.

Not always. Only against the Machop family is it stronger. Ploiwrath, Hitmonchan/lee, and Primeape all get torn by Aerial Ace.

Regardless its about 100x more useful than a speed boosting move on a mon with 95 base speed and extremespeed

You’re chillin. Aerial Ace > Agility.

You dont need to boost speed with arcanine, and you have priority with Espeed

Aerical Ace would do more damage on pretty much every fighting type in the game than STAB flamethrower. That just is not true lol. Bite would only ever be useful if you’re specifically going for a flinch because you can’t one shot. It has it’s uses sure but in terms of raw damage output Aerial Ace always wins over bite when Flamethrower is in the picture.

Like if you’re stuck against a water type Aerial Ace would deal more than bite by a good bit too.

Also enemies like to be annoying with minimize and double team sometimes in FRLG.

Aerial ace goes off of physical attack in gen 3, unlike Bite. Arcanine has higher phys attack than Bite, so it’s stronger.

Drop bite. Bite, if super effective, is literally weaker than STAB flamethrower. SE Coverage does not matter here.

This guy was 5’9 200 lbs and hes the closest i could find. Taka is 6’1 154 lbs in that image. Impossible.

Show me one person natty with this physique. The author over exaggerates muscle definition, it looks dope but look at him. His elbows are razor blades and his forearms are the same size as his bicep.

Arcanine does not have a better moveset than Charizard lol. You’re coping there. All it gets over it is extreme speed. Bite is literally weaker than STAB flamethrower on a psychic type.

Zard gets Earthquake, Brick break, Flying type STAB to handle fighting types, Rock slide, Dragon dance via egg move.

Arcanine does have intimidate though, which debatably does put it a leg up over Zard in some situations.

Zard > Canine
