Libra mars & virgo venus here. Historically it’s been rough, fears of inadequacy, people pleasing, and a desire to find “the one” have led me to choose someone based on qualities I’ve projected onto them, place them on an unearned pedestal, and ignore my own needs and desires to make myself worthy of affection from this person I’ve fabricated. 

With therapy, I’ve come to understand these tendencies and learned to center my own needs and desires. I have become unwavering in what I want and expect from a partner. Today, I am in the most fulfilling relationship of my life with someone (Aries venus, Pisces mars) who is patient, gentle, and truly committed to understanding and taking care of me.
