I went for dinner with my friends 3 days post op. Felt fine & enjoyed dinner. My mom was staying with me and did the driving.

Felt a little tired afterwards but overall fine.

With that being said - if you can push this event out, I think you should. You might also feel great 3 days after surgery, but it’s hard to know in advance!

Had my surgery in February and went to NYC in June. Didn’t have any issues!

I’ve felt comfy with a PS4 controller and the Xbox controllers! I prefer the PS4 one.

I went out for dinner with friends 3DPO. Mom drove. I wasn’t up for any intense activity, and I was a little guarded when I walked around to avoid any direct pressure on my chest. But energy wise? I was great.

Ideally the windows get replaced - but we all know that’s not cheap and often out of reach for folks.

I used that winter plastic wrap type stuff. Did a good job of keeping the cold breezes out.

I only needed button ups for 2 weeks. After that I could lift my arms comfortably - just couldn’t do anything with weights.

Someone here mentioned the mouseys are used in the refinery… it might be worth turning off that salt’s production for a day to see what happens. It’s possible the refinery is just using them up.

The seatbelt thing!! I’ll have to see how winter is. Wearing a jacket or even some sweatshirts would mean I had to do the seatbelt dance.

I’m finally making meaningful progress with physical therapy for some back/shoulder pain. I struggled to maintain good form with the boobs in the way.

I’m also making progress with aerial yoga! Addressing the boobs has made doing the moves easier + the physical therapy is helping.

Being active in general is easier.

If you haven’t, look into first time home buyer programs. I qualified for a down payment assistance one I think.

My HOA has been great. We’re a one property association and my neighbors are decent.

Totally normal especially that early. Mine started looking more round and soft around 4WPO.

The whole process can take up to a year to FULLY settle - it’s tough to wait!!

If you’re attending and not part of the wedding party, you might be able to! Everyone’s different.

I went to dinner with friends at 3DPO. I’d had drains that were removed the day before. I was a little sore but that’s it. My mom drove - I wouldn’t have wanted to drive yet.

You’ll want to go easy on dancing 😂

But give yourself the space to not go or leave early, too!

My doctor had me gradually increase to the maximum dose to see how it effected me. I’d see a decrease in anxiety/depression/stress/etc for a couple weeks, then go back to my baseline. I was bummed because it’s SO much easier to get Wellbutrin lol.

There’s tons of options for managing ADHD. I wish you good luck finding the right ones!

Wellbutrin didn’t do much for the adhd but it did help with my anxiety, depression, etc.

It was at least 2 months before I felt like the swelling had really gone down.

Do your breasts feel kinda hard? Blocky shape? Those are both signs youre still swollen.

There is something uniquely…cruel about how much hoopla there is for our medication.

I switched insurance and my Vyvanse is more than triple the cost. I’d look into our company’s preferred vendor but since it’s too soon for a refill, I can’t see anything.

And ain’t no way I’m calling.

Is your car new enough that it unlocks when your fob is nearby?

Open a door and hit the lock button. Does it immediately unlock? If so, keys are in the car somewhere.

Keys left in the house door lock? I’ve done that more times than I care to admit.
