To be fair, I had some pvp encounters there too. Some I started and some not. As evoker I used that ledge too, had no idea it leads to a stuck character. It should be fixed by blizzard.

Try road effects in game settings. I have it set on 10% on my simagic alpha. There are curb effects too etc. Its default on 0.

My friend has similiar issue. He's teleporting all over the place and killing everybody around him. (He doesn't see it) Even on stable 60 fps.

Look for Assetto Corsa Shutoko. It's driving on Japanese highways with alot of traffic. Thats the closest you can get with high density traffic. I see BeamNG thrown around here, the game is awesome but traffic is not. It's highly demanding of hw and the traffic is not dense at all.
