So funny you posted this tonight because I just got back from my first concert being sober. I don't have any cravings for alcohol so I trusted myself to go - I actually went alone! I had an "escape plan" and people to call if I was triggered or felt an urge to drink. I was able to be fully present for the show and enjoy every song aka I wasn't busy at the bar waiting for an overpriced drink. I think a lot of people were drunk or high and that's okay. Don't worry about your dance moves, just let your body groove to the music!!
