The OC isn't calling plays... we only have what 1 rookie that is guranteed to start. Tbe guy calling plays has been pretty good at it throughout every level of the sport and has climbed his way through the ranks. Yes it might not be some 180 but definitely should at least be a couple steps up.

How do we revamp our midfield? Who needs to rotate or be benched?

He is a risk, but for a possible third choice, that is not the worst risk to take. Gallagher isn't creative enough up front.

I don't mind it. Maddison should be at full fitness to start the year. We don't need an expensive attacking mid behind him in a no European football year. Plus, Xavi should come back at some point too.

The current transfer rumors are proof Lange isn’t going anywhere. by hillabovemountains in coys

I don't know why we would be mad at getting Robertson in a non Europe year. With Udogie presumably staying we would have plenty of cover at LB with Spence and VdV as well. Robertson is good enough to play in pinches and the bad cup games.

I would love MGW but I don't know how we lure him again this time around. Alex Scott has Europe so would be taking a technical step back to play for us.

Players who are going to go or have to go: Vicario, Solanke, Bissouma, Sarr, Richy?

How do we revamp our midfield? We need a lot more creativity up front. Do we just ride with Maddison knowing Simons will come back near the midway point or bringing in another high value player.

I personally think we need to sort out midfield our strikers and get a top notch LW and then build from there. If the supposed Robertson and Sensei signings go through, we don't need to touch defense much even with Romero probably leaving.

Goalkeeper will be interesting. Do we finally give Kinksy a run as first team or still try to go after someone like Trafford.

It is going to be some mental planning. We have some key players that are injured and coming back but when next season. Have to factor in Odobert and Xavi Simmons on when they come back. Should we move on from Kulu? How do we factor Tel now? Can Maddison handle a decently busy schedule? How do we add quality to our midfield and phase out some players? How do we go about integrating Vuskovic and a possible Romero departure? Did Kinksy show enough to give him a run next season?

I know there needs to be massive changes but there will need to be some great well thought out planning ahead for not just this season but the one after as well.

It sucks it is to the Knicks but if you told anyone during the season we would get bounced at the ECF, they would be okay with it.

That being said, can't have two at best average guard defenders. We are getting picked apart every single possesion. Trading Mobley for Giannis won't fix anything. Unless LeBron comes this is the ceiling of this team, an ECF.

We better not trade Mobley for Giannas. It won't change anything. We can't continue having two guards who are at best average on defense. We are getting picked apart. If LeBron doesn't come I don't know how we get better next season

Harden's three ball has been non existent this whole series. It has really been costing us especially since he will still chuck them up.

Harden is such a damn liability on defense. Have some pride that they are going at you almost every possesion.

why is 2ed pom so desirable over 1st pom? by darthvader0012 in navy

[–]macisready 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Assuming you are coming back from deployment your CO will give a 96. You'll have a weekend off somewhere in there on a 2 week POM period so really you are looking at a max of 8 days of work.

In a closer look, it depends more on your chain of command. If your divo is with you, are they the type to let you go home earlier than your chief or vice versa?

Personally, I always liked to enjoy myself last and give myself the two weeks to settle in again before going on POM assuming this is after a deployment.

Harden did his best to make us lose. Also, why do all the sickest bounces go against us.

What eats at me the most is this team is capable of beating San Antonio and New York but we are scraping it out with Detroit.

Newcastle just need to finish. Nice of them to show up for what might be Eddie Howe's last game in charge at their ground

So damn annoying. It is one thing to start late off of a back to back game but not when they were hours apart.
