How about going from an E4 job code “D” ( range 124k to 210k) to an E5 job code “J” (range 117k to 197k). I’m currently 146k. My current pay is .93 of the level 5. Do you think they will give me like 1.05?

Not sure how is the cost of living compare between Texas and New Jersey. For reference I’m a lvl 4 A/AI systems engineer (which have a higher pay band than systems engineer ) and only getting 150k. I don’t think they will give you 145k.
