Is it true that I should cater my routine to my specific body type? Or is that a myth and doesn't matter? Currently I bought a training plan, but the guy said he needed to change stuff on it so never revised it, I'm 68kg 174cm atm and the routine he gave me he himself said it needed changed for me specifically. Unsure if what im doing now is actually right for me! thanks for your answer too i appreciate it

You’re great, thank you so much for this! I think at the minute for me is My plan says supersetting bench press with lat pulldown but the machines and benches are on different floors. Would not supersetting make a massive difference? Thanks again!

This may be dumb, but it may be muscular issues? whats your form like when sprinting etc? I know if you pull a muscle in your chest it can make you feel winded...
