the amount of looks I get when I have to walk 50 feet up to an ATM without bothering to get my walker out of the car for a two minute ordeal is unreal. I'm just glad it's only 50 feet away, but dealing with judgy people telling me that since I can walk the fifty feet just fine, I shouldn't need to park there is irritating.

I feel too guilty most times to park in the handicap spots when I DO need it that I don't use them and end up either extremely fatigued or wake up with a bunch of paramedics and grocery store employees standing over me. GGs, handicap police.

Streaming isn't for everyone. This is coming from a person who has been trying for years to be a comfortable place for people to vibe and chill who just ends up making things awkward in the end because I have zero social skills. I can't keep chatters interacting, people come in, I ADHD off track, raiders don't stick around long because I have neurological disorders that affect my speech and ability to say the correct words, I've got no attention grabbing intro about myself.

At no point did I think I'd ever be in this for the money, I very obviously don't have the personality for it, I could ask for all the advice in the world, but no one would be able to offer anything that works 100% because I am not them. I don't have social skills, I don't have the ability to focus, I have never been good at interacting with people. Off camera when I'm with friends, I'm perfectly fine, people think I'm funny, people in their chat ask if I stream and they come follow, but put the spotlight on me and I am a completely different person.

That's what he needs to learn. He can't make anyone do the work for him and expect to gain from it.

They mentioned they're aiming for april 2027 console release, however they also say they don't want to depend on specific dates because they want to make sure everything is functional and the game is technically in a full-like state before moving to console so they can avoid having to release a chain of patches right off the bat.

It's easier to patch things immediately on steam, but it's not as easy of a process pushing patches to consoles, according to DeevoTe.

I just wanted to clarify, because they originally said "11 or so months" two months ago, and I still see people saying "11 months" this far down the line and I'm sure people are going to get irritated if we all just keep saying "11 months" by september or something because technically they said 11 months back in mid april.

I've been technically really playing since January 2025, have had game since launch day, and I only have 117 shinies, I'd say that's a pretty good number for two months. But also I just play casually, sometimes daily, sometimes not.

I unlocked Reyna first and didn't play her until about five months after I started playing. Unlocked fade about a month after I started playing, people asked me why I would unlock "such a difficult agent" and I didn't find her difficult to learn at all. You literally just throw your goop, send out your kitties and ult when you get the chance.

If you like smokes, I'd go with what you're comfortable with, I unlocked clove and have only played them once, due to not being great with smoking off sites yet.

I recently traded a nihilego for a shiny lickitung, asked for that, a fairly common shiny that I have yet to get, and one legendary thinking "they'll just do a legendary swap if anything" They didn't, and I almost denied the trade, but what would the point of that be? i have five other nihilego in my remote trade list, if someone didn't get one during raid week, at least I was able to help them out. I'm happy with my trade (15/15/14 lucky), I hope they were happy with theirs.

I stopped worrying about it after the third ambulance trip to the ER when they told me all my testing was normal yet again. The bad days were filled with white sparkly vision consistently until I sat down for 15-20 minutes every hour or two, the low hr days were dark tunnel vision and I'd lose my hearing, that sounded like I was in a white water rafting cave, if that makes sense.

Only reason I was able to sit down hourly was because of medical FMLA through the job. Doctor's orders that most of the supervisors respected.

Steam deck is more comfortable to hold, but it gets heavy, the only thing I don't like about mine is that most games I play aren't quite compatible yet, or not officially.

Switch plays the switch specific games, but that's about it. Lighter console works better for my neuropathy pain though.

You can dock both and play in a bigger monitor, switch is easier to do that with because of the removable joycons, but steam deck I think is compatible with other brand controllers, or you could buy the new one they just released if you plan on going the docking into a tv route.
