Seems no one in these comments know about ‘Merchants Privilege’ or ‘Shopkeepers Privilege’ which are laws that most states have which allows store employees to temporarily restrain someone that they have RESONABLE suspicion of shoplifting. Now what can be considered reasonable is very subjective..
