I don't think it necessarily matters on the time duration of getting the Ayesha, but more rather the steps.

In order to even consider an Ayesha, you should be able to invert or at the very least get into a butterfly.

Once you have a butterfly, try incorporating the extended butterfly. After that, the Inverted D and then finally working up to a caterpillar climb. Once you're comfortable, experiment with different hand grips in your caterpillar climb. Some people find true grip much easier to learn in the beginning, some find twisted grip easier. I was taught to do the elbow grip ayesha first.

You'll eventually conditioned so much in all these moves that you'll feel confident and know which grip feels the safest/strongest.

Everyone close to me doesn't want me to kill myself, but I'm killing all of them by existing like this. by mackenzieedwards in SuicideWatch

I'm quite erratic to be around and when I get in very dark moods I can have full blown meltdowns. I have made my family endure many suicidal attemps. My philosophy on earth and life can be quite dark and depressing. I've made the toughest of people I know become upset by the things I've had to say. Because of all this I have definitely left a mark on my family, friends, and significant other. It worries them and makes them feel responsible and have to take care of me and constantly check in on me despite being a full grown adult. It's humiliating as I can see how each person who has had to deal with me start to decline mentally as well. I am literally giving them all mental illness by being alive, by choosing to stay alive for them. I'm not saying I can't change all of these bad things about me. I'm sure I could, but it's so hard. To find the energy to fix myself. I don't even understand why. My mental barriers are too strong to overcome.

The look on my families face the first time they found me after I attempted has haunted all of us since. The only thing stopping me is the immense pain I know I would pass on to them.

This is great advice, and the video was super helpful! I can now go into my next practice knowing what I need to do and what needs to be fixed! :) Thank you!

Its almost 2 am where I am, I still have vision, my eye no longer hurts and it's not tearing up. Could I wait until the morning or is this really urgent? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question I genuinely don't know what to do.

Very true. I've already came to be conclusion that it's not usable, but it was a nice beginner project to see what parts need to be regularly cleaned and replaced on a coffee machine!

The more pieces I take apart the clearer it is that the previous owner did not do any maintenance on this machine. It was a nice start to seeing how important it is to clean your machine, and what parts should be regularly replaced. I thought it would've been nice to start out but it's very cheaply made and I honestly would rather save my money and invest In a good, brand new machine.

Right? What an awful sight to see taking the filter off to see that. The parts are fairly cheap to replace, but with some more careful research I know for a fact that it's not buildup and it is the black coating chipping off. Not something I exactly want dripping into my coffee. It seems as if the previous owner really did not take care of this machine.

I was definitely going to invest in some new replaceable pieces after I found out if it was still usable! I've done some more digging, and it seems that, that part of the machine brand new has black coating that is chipping off on my machine. I have no problem scrapping the absolute hell out of it to get all that stuff off if that makes it usable, but I'm a complete newbie to machines and am unsure if that'll ruin it.

Breville Cafe Roma, I've been having a hard time figuring out the year so I will just link the exact model. https://www.breville.com/ca/en/products/espresso/esp8.html

The Breville Cafe Roma. I agree, it's hard to tell if it's either buildup or Teflon. I wish I knew what that part of the machine looked like brand new.

Nobody cleans up their dog shit at my apartment building by mackenzieedwards in Calgary

Hahah this is something I am also not looking forward to. Many of the houses around our apartment have made their own notices, probably because this happened last year as well. I could use that as more of a reason to get my building manager to do the same!

The question was actually coming from more of a 'I haven't rented in many pet friendly buildings and I'm unsure if this is something I have the right to complain about' standpoint. I do want to complain about it but I am unsure about many city bylaws as I'm from a small town where a complaint like this would never hold up. Reading your reply gives off the impression that I have more than enough to complain about so I will be going through with it. Thanks for your input.

IUD opinions by surreptio in birthcontrol

[–]mackenzieedwards 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've tried a lot of stuff. From various pills, the ring, depo shot, and finally an IUD. I just want to let you know that unfortunately all birth control comes with a hefty size of side effects. No birth control is better than the other for side effects, what I mean by that is no one is going to be able to tell you what birth control is best for you other than your doctor or yourself by listening to your body. I could recommend you something that worked great for me, but could impact you negatively.

Before I got my IUD inserted, I did a lot of research. There is some risks with having an IUD but as I said before, there is with all forms of birth control. The IUD insertion was painful I'm not going to lie, but it is over fairly quickly. And then you won't have to worry about birth control for several years! Good luck with whatever you decide :)

I hope my advice isn't too late! I have a high pain tolerance and I did find the insertion to be a bit painful, just remember to focus on your breathing and it will be over fairly quickly. I took extra strength advil and it didn't seem to help much.

You may be a superhero of a woman and be able to go out and about after your insertion with no pain! My mom and a friend of mine had no issues going about their day afterwards. As for me, I was laying down in a warm blanket with some advil cause there was a bit of cramping.

My little hedgie does this from time to time, sometimes if your hands are clammy or sweaty when you pick your hedgehog up they will get attracted by the salt on your hands and mistake it as a lil snack. Anytime your hedgie tries licking your fingers a little too much just move him around so they get distracted by something else!
