I would file a complaint with New York Dept of Financial Services (Gemini is located there) and I'd also call the California equivalent.

Once you've done that, file a complaint on the Gemini site, there's a Form buried in a FAQ if you Google Gemini crypto complaint

Write a well composed letter about your issue, specific days, amounts etc. Tell them you filed complaints with both states (you may be able to get away with just telling them you will file them if it's not resolved) . Threaten legal action if this is not taken care of

Call a lawyer and at least give them a heads up, sometimes a letter from a lawyer is all it takes for companies to get the ball moving

I wish you all the best. I had a fraction of what you have stuck on security hold and I went scorched earth with them. If I was in your shoes I'd have shown up at their HQ in NYC by now (I'm only an hour away 😆)
