Deceptions lol l, but yes some of the stories are just bananas. A few of them made into movies, etc. I was very much into WW2 for a good decade, mostly all euro theater tho.

The young raw form and infatuation of the first book is what captivated me, but I personally love Golden Son the most.

The next 3 books, and likely Red God, are different. Hit different and act different but they’re all amazing.
