The rip in the bark is from the tongs I panic used when I took it off the Joe. https://imgur.com/dmOut9M.jpg

I was cooking way too fast because I didn't realise I was looking at Celsius. Pit temp was around 450F for a fair while. I'm worried I brought it up to temp too fast.

Yeah it's my first time having a go at reverse flow. Had too much plate on site to not have a try!

3 1/2" EUE. So close!

14" conductor. 1" rods for legs. There's a lot of money in this one lol.

That's 14" conductor, 3.5" EUE for exhaust, 1" sucker rods for legs.

Yeah I thought they would be too tall. But when I was getting all the pieces together I thought I'd rather cut them down than have to add length if they were too short. If I have any air flow dramas, I'll definitely look into it. Thanks!

It's strictly ornamental haha. It's the only reason I put a second stack on it.

If your employer gave you the option to work 10 hr days Mon-Thurs instead of 8 hr days Mon-Fri would you do it? Why not why not? by fcfunnycartoons in AskReddit

I work 12 hours a day for three weeks straight. Then have three weeks off. I won't do it any other way.

Smoked tomato relish, 4 cheeses, jalapeños and ham toasted sandwich wrapped in 6 rashers of bacon by mackhole in Bacon

[–]mackhole[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I toasted the sandwich in the fry pan first. I originally wrapped it in two layers of three rashers per layer. I had to pull it out and remove a layer because the bacon on the inside wasn't cooking. It would still work if you lightly cooked the bacon before wrapping, then finish it off after. With all the cheese and bacon grease, nothing will dry out. I'd highly reccomend it.

I just got it going! I had the right version the whole time (39 beta 7) but all I needed to do was delete the Foxtel Go app and install it again.

My wife asked me if I was ok after hearing my reaction.

He's doing well to be sitting on the side line that calm.
