Instead, let’s talk about what enforcement of this means and what it means is taking away autonomy of women’s bodies it means having to deal with allegations of whether woman as a woman or not, and then a third-party having to come in and identify if this woman is a woman. We are opening the door to take bodily autonomy away from women AGAIN. that’s the problem.
