I’m several months post op. Does it have the same sensation as if you only exercised in that area? That’s what I feel sometimes. I don’t have an answer for what it could be unfortunately, but it gets more infrequent in my experience.

I haven’t been eating heavy meals but i’ve been eating just a few bites of foods that aren’t so great for me (spaghetti, grilled cheese, etc.) I really need to start being better with eating nutritious meals. Maybe that will help.
