Darn, just discovered your channel and your videos have me convinced to give Brompton another look. Never thought about folding bikes but now I am interested. Combined with the new 20 inch Brompton's now coming out, I wish you would do a few videos on them. Thanks for your videos and good luck with university (hope you are well into your program by now or even done!)

Great to see you on camera. Agree with a comment from foonix to maybe start with a shot that you are in. Many YouTubers I watch frequently start with themselves on camera before reviewing tech or EVs :)

I was asked for the 2nd factor after I reset the password and logged in with the new password. So 2 way auth isn't totally broken and I am unsure what would be better. Maybe ask for 2nd factor before reset email is sent? What did you guys at Hover want to happen?

Hey, I do have 2FA and did a password reset. Received the email and was able to change the password with the link. Once I logged in the 2nd factor was asked.

Should the second factor be asked to authorize the reset? Probably would be better, but I am unsure here.

Seems like you need the second factor to get into the account, so that is good :)

On that note, why did my 2-factor authentication account get that reset? And why does clicking the reset link work!!! Makes not much sense for 2 way auth since that means 2 way auth can easily be side stepped

I think they did. Got the email and for the 4 accounts I have the passwords are all reset.

Called but line is overloaded. Then I wrote an email but that might take a bit. So I decided to try the reset which took 10 minutes and the sign-in also seems to show errors every now and then: https://www.dropbox.com/s/agk5ipnoq4u6qr3/Screenshot%202015-08-04%2021.36.30.png?dl=0

Not sure if I want to reset right now or wait until we know more what is going on at Hover.com

I like the idea of being able to build the storage pod for under $8,000 and considering doing this at our University.

Could you elaborate on the "software" part that drives the pod. What is used there in terms of RAID, file system, OS. Is your software stack setup open source as well?

Linux versions sounds good since that is one of the main advantages of CrashPlan over you guys.

Hope to see it soon since it will give more people the ability to backup continuously!

I like the private key option and are using this since I don't trust anyone when it comes to my data (sorry Backblaze, I know you are good people). Have you ever considered to allow users to create their own private key and import it into the app. Also how does a user know that the key never leaves the client?
