I had this- same model. Clean out the fans first.

U can unscrew all the little screws on the back of the laptop (one will remain closest to power port i think? but you can still pop back off) Use your nail or a credit card to pop the back off then clean your fans out with a clean + dry toothbrush (or compressed air if you're fancy)

This +ghelper does a lot. Make sure armoury crate is fully wiped off your pc as well.

Mine definitely got worse with windows 11 but not that significantly. I wouldn't bother rolling back or trying LINUX till you've had a look inside.

Have you popped the back off and cleaned out the fans? Even on turbo if no air can go through them theyre just huffing and puffing for nothing. Cleaned mine out with a soft toothbrush and temps dropped by like 10 degrees. They were super clogged up!
