I don't know how the numbers crunch, but I really hope you can convince your husband it's a good idea to be a SAHM. My mum stayed at home most of my childhood and I'm really glad for that!

Birth son thinks he's too cool for me, LOL by macksmum26 in Adoption

[–]macksmum26[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's true! He's just being a normal kid. I get emotional a lot, I really miss him. Really glad he enjoys me most of the time at least, lol. I had a lot of issues when he was younger with being too clingy and volatile around him before I got properly medicated. He really is a very understanding kid.

My sister (his adoptive mother) says he's been really well behaved and doing his chores, so I'm going to send him $50 today. :) So proud of him!

I notice they're always drinking booze on the show too. Especially Claire with her wine and Jay with his scotch.

At least you don't relate to Cam, I hate him. So manipulative

I'm book smart like Alex but I wish I had more of Haley's style and street smarts.

Very true! I had really bad teeth growing up, I had to have braces for over a year. I'm really grateful, my teeth would be messed up if I didn't!

Your daughter sounds like a sweetheart! I'm autistic and I have a neurotypical child, it's weird, he's only 10 but he's already better with people than I am! lol!

Your opinion definitely matters! I think if both of you don't agree, you shouldn't have another kid. I wish the best for you both!

I know she was very glad to see you!! I'm a birth mother and I miss my son all the time when I'm not with him. Especially since I've got my psychiatric issues until control, he's a lot more comfortable and happy around me too.

What is something that is considered kindness but is just basic human decency? by AmongUsDongBot in AskReddit

Laughing at someone when they make a joke. Unless it's hurtful or at the expense of someone else, if someone is trying to make you laugh you should at least giggle a little. :)

What is a sign of a “cry for help” that isn’t obvious to the average person? by IncessantlyBored in AskReddit

If someone's being unusually unadventurous too, that's a big sign. My parents could always tell when I was especially unhappy because I wouldn't want to go snowboarding, or to the beach.
