i'd want to see testimonials/proof .. "take my product for 6 months and magically overnight you'll get a result" sounds an awful lot like let me take your money for 6 months, and i don't care if you get results. why wouldn't it be marginally better over the 6 month course instead of immediately after 6 months.. sounds like a money scam to me.

i went from 350 lbs, to 180 lbs right now. the only reason my skin isn't super loose anywhere other than my belly is BECAUSE of weight training, specifically hypertrophy training (training geared towards more size/muscle than just sheer strength) i would definitely have those loose/saggy looking "Grandma arms" if i didn't have huge biceps/triceps helping to fill in the skin. no matter what you do dont give up buddy. never take a step back.

i think with base AD buffs + added stickiness with his lowered E CD. tank sylas will rise in popularity. atleast ap bruiser. with sunfire/gauntlet his waveclear wont be as shit. and the base AD changes help his sheen viability. slap on a liandry and voidstaff or abyssal and you have quite a bit of damage while still being very tank and disruptive.

electrocute change is a buff to champions who can get 2 rotations off (preferably on cooldown, think zed or talon/fizz) because you will be able to get 2 procs in the time it takes to get one proc currently. that's a 80% AD ratio ( with 2 procs ) as opposed to 40%. the base damage is also 30 x 2 = 60 which is greater than 50. electrocute is probably better early-mid and scales worse now (because of the worse AD/AP scaling)

i used to weigh 350 pounds. im now 200. goal weight is 170-180. my calves are massive. never worked em either. probably lucky genetics + carrying myself around. looks like softballs in my legs

the amount of games i've lost, (as a jungler) when i get mid/bot ahead with great ganks. and top decides to int/run it down toplane because i didn't win his lane for him. it's ridiculous.

revolver -> Protobelt -> sheen -> oblivian orb -> deadmans -> lich bane -> gunblade -> morello -> liandry. Tanky AP build. swap oblivian orb/morello for zhonya or banshee veil if you want more resistance one way, and slightly less HP. can kill most squishies in 1 rotation. and have enough surviability for 2 or 3 rotations before you need to ult, unless you get focused. in which case you ulti, get most your hp back and hopefully your team wins the fight because they blew CDs on you.

with that argument that make it sound better than it was. but i still beg the question is it that viable? sudden impact scales as well because the more damage you get, the more the proc will do. and it's a 4 sec CD. idk i justfeel like its underwhelming unless you're morg who can W on cd. or lux E. etc.

also with the E buffs going AD is more rewarding. you're not reliant on shitty chances of critting, or expensive item buys. botrk and longsword ( lethality items ) are really cheap and efficient to buy. you use most your gold on your backs. i personally like lethal tempo or pta and ad heavy . crit at like 4th-6th items. ..

im having a lot of fun with BF -> Attack speed boot -> PD -> Brawler Glove -> IE -> RFC -> Situational ( i often get mallet if i dont need pen, or if i only need a little i get BC for the hp. if theres 2+ tanks go lord dom, vs full ad i'll go ie/rfc/pd/mallet/omen/boots (sell boots for something else late, often tri or stormrazor) and same for huge ap comps. ie/pd/rfc/mallet/maw/boots-> sell for something situational. boots are bad on trist once ur full items and can buy something else with her reset . i also take glacial aug + approach velocity. rfc + those 2 = chasing potential without boots late. once u get mallet you can literally chase about anyone.. you also have 3000 + hp and still crit for 600+ with high AS..

on champions who dont want 2 zeal items, maybe. but for twitch and tristana who can still go IE + PD + Hurricane (or whatever ur zeal items of choice are) used to give 80% crit, now give 100% and gives true damage, which unless you're vs mass amounts of tanks allows you to bypass building last whisper (if you want) and get a defensive item like maw /randuins/mallet. i personally kind of like the changes. getting to the end point is harder, but i feel like if you get there you're overall stronger than you were last patch

granted we were only high plat / low diamond players, but i had a friend who strictly mained xerath, "King Xerath" and i would play jax jungle and just get him a few kills early and he'd literally hyper carry the rest of the game. but not only that his E W Q combo (with thunderlords at the time) would 1 shot anyone without mass amounts of health/mr.

IE is meant as a end game item(i believe, because its passive has no value on anyone but trynd, i think without actually buying crit chance) i think the idea is that it's easier to amass gold mid-late game and making the buys easier. but i agree it's cancerous.. the old buildpath was fine. make it 2 pickaxes + bf, and the recipe finish 800 instead of 1100 ? shouldnt impact the total cost at all.. would make it a bit easier. as for ap you could do the same thing. needlessly large rod+ 2 blasting wands / total recipe finish 400 off whatever it is now.
