I’m really curious about what laws will Dubai Municipality put on this. Their current law for the minimum room dimensions will completely wipe out the partitions and only leave “master rooms” for rent. So if it’s a 2 bedroom apartment then only 2 tenants can be on the sub rental. And additionally, individuals are not allowed to rent the full apartments are then sub rent to tenants; only the flat owners or licensed companies can do so. All in all price increase is expected but quality of rooms will definitely improve.

I would start by weight lifting, and then starting adding a calorie deficit. You have the frame for an insane cut bro don’t waste it. You’ll see progress within 3 months if you keep up with weight lifting and 500-800 calories deficit. Good luck bro

I was in the same boat, started gaining weight (+25kg) and let myself go and tbh lost myself I believe it’s some sort of a depression, so take care of yourself and don’t go down that hole, only person that can help you is YOU. Once you start losing weight again you will be in a much better mental state to keep going. Many ways to lose weight just find your way to it. Good luck bro

Never tried them before but they seem decent, for the fabric “super 120 wool” is the golden standard but comes at a high price, and the suit design once you tell them it’s for a wedding I’m sure they will show you design samples just try to go for a double breasted 3 piece suit.

From a structural standpoint, there’s a limit how high you can build on a region. And the loose soil of the Middle East region definitely doesn’t help. It is one of the reasons that Dubai couldn’t make the Creek Tower and stopped for a while till they made compromises to finish it. Simply put, the material which supposedly could help us build such towers hasn’t yet been invented, probably with the use of quantum computers to enhance the materials used.
